Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 April 2026
These terms are the contract between you and Flylo when you buy an eSIM from flylo.app. Please read them — they are short, and they explain what you are buying and what we are responsible for.
1. Who we are
Flylo is an international eSIM provider. We resell mobile data bundles provided by our network aggregator, eSIM Go, which connects to tier-1 carriers in the countries we cover. When you buy from us, your contract for the eSIM is with Flylo; the underlying connectivity is delivered on those partner networks.
2. Eligibility
To buy from Flylo you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and provide accurate account and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
3. Your order
When you complete checkout, you are offering to buy the bundle shown. The contract is formed when we provision your eSIM and make it available for install on your account page. If we cannot fulfil your order — for example, if the destination becomes unavailable or the bundle fails to provision — we will cancel it and refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select at checkout. Where a local currency is not supported, prices fall back to US Dollars (USD). The amount shown at checkout is the amount you authorise us to charge. Your card issuer may apply additional currency-conversion or foreign-transaction fees — those are between you and your issuer.
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe — Flylo never sees or stores your full card number. By completing checkout you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge the payment method you provide for the bundle you select.
5. Delivery of your eSIM
Delivery is digital and effectively instant. Once payment clears, your eSIM is provisioned and appears on your account page, where you can install it with one tap directly from your mobile browser — no separate app, no physical SIM, no shipping. On desktop, a QR code is also provided so you can scan it with your phone's camera. SM-DP+ and activation-code details are available as a manual fallback for any device that does not support the one-tap flow.
If your eSIM does not appear on your account within 30 minutes of payment, check the email on your order and then contact support@flylo.app.
6. Device compatibility
eSIMs only work on devices that support eSIM and are not locked to another carrier. Before buying, it is your responsibility to confirm that:
- Your device supports eSIM (most iPhones from XS onward, most recent Pixel phones, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and many others).
- Your device is unlocked from your home carrier.
- You have a stable internet connection when installing — typically Wi-Fi or your existing mobile data — so the eSIM profile can download to your device.
We publish general compatibility guidance on the site, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device model or firmware version.
7. Refunds
Because an eSIM is delivered digitally the moment payment is received, we cannot refund a bundle once it has been provisioned to your account, except where the eSIM is defective or does not work as described.
If your eSIM is defective, contact us within 14 days of provision at support@flylo.app with your order ID and a short description of the problem. If we confirm the eSIM is defective, we will either replace it or refund you.
This does not affect any non-excludable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute or share your eSIM with others.
- Use the service for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or abusive traffic.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass or interfere with the service or the upstream network.
- Use the service in breach of the local laws of the country you are travelling in.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these rules.
9. Service availability
Coverage, speeds and availability depend on the local networks in your destination country and on eSIM Go. We do our best to show accurate coverage information, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in every location.
10. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence says we cannot exclude.
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Flylo is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle that the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, lost business, or data-roaming charges incurred on your regular SIM.
11. Changes to the service
We may change, add or remove features, destinations and bundles. If we make a change that materially and negatively affects a bundle you have already bought, we will contact you and offer a fair resolution.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continued use of Flylo after changes means you accept the updated terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to bundles you have already paid for.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, where Flylo is registered. Disputes will be heard in the courts of England & Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts. Nothing in this clause removes those local rights.
