Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 April 2026

These terms are the contract between you and Flylo when you buy an eSIM from flylo.app. Please read them — they are short, and they explain what you are buying and what we are responsible for.

1. Who we are

Flylo is a consumer eSIM service operated in England & Wales. We resell mobile data bundles provided by eSIM Go. When you buy from us, your contract for the eSIM itself is with Flylo; the underlying connectivity is delivered on eSIM Go's network.

2. Eligibility

To buy from Flylo you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a contract, and provide accurate account and payment details. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

3. Your order

When you complete checkout, you are offering to buy the bundle shown. The contract is formed when we email you the eSIM QR code and installation details. If we cannot fulfil your order (for example the destination is unavailable), we will cancel it and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and include any taxes we are required to charge. Your card issuer may apply currency conversion fees — those are between you and them.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You authorise us to charge the payment method you provide for the bundle you select.

5. Delivery of your eSIM

Delivery is digital. After payment we send the eSIM QR code and installation instructions to the email address on your account, usually within a few minutes. If you do not receive it within 30 minutes, check your spam folder and then contact support@flylo.app.

6. Device compatibility

eSIMs only work on devices that support eSIM and are not locked to another carrier. Before buying, it is your responsibility to confirm that:

  • Your device supports eSIM (most iPhones from XS onward, most recent Pixel, Samsung Galaxy S20+ and later, and many others).
  • Your device is unlocked from your home carrier.
  • You have a stable internet connection when installing the QR code (you typically need Wi-Fi to install).

We list general compatibility guidance on the site, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every device model or firmware version.

7. Refunds

Because an eSIM is delivered digitally and is activated against your device, we cannot refund a bundle once the QR code has been sent to you, except where the eSIM is defective or does not work as described.

If your eSIM is defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@flylo.app with your order ID and a short description of the problem. If we confirm the eSIM is defective, we will either replace it or refund you.

This does not affect any non-excludable rights you have under UK consumer law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Resell, redistribute or share your eSIM with others.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful, or to send spam, malware or abusive traffic.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, bypass or interfere with the service or the upstream network.
  • Use the service in breach of the local laws of the country you are travelling in.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these rules.

9. Service availability

Coverage, speeds and availability depend on the local networks in your destination country and on eSIM Go. We do our best to show accurate coverage information, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or coverage in every location.

10. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that UK law says we cannot exclude.

Beyond that, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Flylo is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, lost business, or data roaming charges on your regular SIM.

11. Changes to the service

We may change, add or remove features, destinations and bundles. If we make a change that materially and negatively affects a bundle you have already bought, we will contact you and offer a fair resolution.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continued use of Flylo after changes means you accept the updated terms. Changes will not apply retroactively to bundles you have already paid for.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence say otherwise.
